In addition, he speaks to his experience as a union-organizer working in a militarized free-trade zone in the Philippines and to the conditions that give rise to migration for many Filipino workers.

She is an activist with Justicia for Migrant Workers BC. Paz recently returned from the Arizona-Mexico border where she was researching the conditions for migrant workers there.
